      • A service agreement is established between Holy Henny and the Client upon scheduling a service, receiving a formal written quote and the Client’s subsequent acceptance, or any other mutually agreed upon arrangement.
      • Pricing for cleaning services may be determined by factors including, but not limited to, hourly rates, square footage, the specific type of service requested, and the overall scope of the project.

      Service Expectations

      • Holy Henny is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services in line with industry standards. Clients can expect thorough and professional cleaning.
      • Holy Henny does not provide the following services and will not be held responsible for these areas:
        • Handling of hazardous materials
        • Deep stain removal that is not possible using industry-standard techniques
        • Tasks that pose a safety risk to cleaning personnel

      Payment

      • Holy Henny accepts cash, checks, major debits, and credit cards.
      • Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

      Cancellation and Rescheduling

      Liability

      • Holy Henny holds appropriate insurance coverage. However, Clients are advised to disclose any pre-existing damages or unusually fragile items before the commencement of services.
      • Holy Henny shall not be liable for accidental damage exceeding the limits of its insurance coverage or for damages resulting from undisclosed pre-existing issues.

      Changes to Agreement

      • These Terms may be modified by Holy Henny with adequate notice to clients. Continued utilization of services following the notice period constitutes acceptance of such changes.

This warranty is effective for a period of 30 DAYS commencing on the original date of service as noted on the customer’s invoice.

      Warranty Coverage

      This warranty applies to the following services when performed by Holy Henny Cleaning Services LTD:
      • Reappearance of stains or spots that were effectively removed during the original cleaning service, due to issues within the carpet fiber itself.
      • Unusual or accelerated wear in the cleaned carpet fibres, not caused by regular use, accidents, or spills.
      • Ineffective removal of dirt, grime, or substances as initially agreed upon, in line with industry standards.
      • Surface damage resulting directly from Holy Henny’s pressure washing techniques (excluding pre-existing wear or issues).
      • Cleaning standards fall below the level outlined in the service agreement.
      • This warranty covers situations where the cleaning results do not meet the expectations established in the initial service agreement or quote, excluding situations outside of Holy Henny’s reasonable control.

      Exclusions From Warranty Coverage

      This warranty does NOT cover:

      • Issues or damages caused by the customer after the cleaning service has been completed (including but not limited to spills, accidents, improper use, etc.)
      • Problems arising from a failure to follow industry standards, manufacturer recommendations, or any aftercare instructions provided by Holy Henny.
      • Pre-existing damages that were present before Holy Henny’s cleaning service.
      • Natural wear-and-tear.

      Procedure For Submitting Warranty Claims

      To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact Holy Henny Cleaning Services directly at +1403 679 298 or email holyhenny@holyhennycleaningservices.com within the warranty period.

      Customers must provide the following information:

      • Customer name and contact details
      • Original service invoice with date
      • A detailed description of the problem
      • Photographs or other visual documentation clearly showing the concern

      Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Holy Henny Cleaning Services will, at its sole discretion, provide appropriate solutions, which may include, but are not limited to:
